Then our next event might be something for you. Together with the Organization for Security and Cooperarion in Europe (the OSCE), WIIS Austria warmly welcomes and encourages you to participate in our application and recruitment bootcamp.
The APPLICATION BOOTCAMP will be held Wednesday, October 2nd 2019 from 9:00am-5pm at the OSCE Headquarters in 1010 Vienna. It is a whole-day workshop on Preparing Job Applications and Competency-Based Interviews at IOs.
Striving towards the inclusion of women in international organizations and the security field in particular, WIIS aims at demystifing the recruitment process in International Organizations in order to familiarize our members with it. Based upon the success of previous OSCE ”recruitment bootcamps”, WIIS now provides the same opportunity to our members.
This workshop will give you the ins and outs of the selection process at international organisations, show you how to strategize job applications for international organisations and prepare you for competency-based interviews. This workshop is held by HR professionals of the OSCE.
