WIIS and Friends – Energy, Climate & Gender

Back by popular demand: WIIS and Friends! WIIS and Friends is an interactive and personal exchange between young inspiring professionals aiming to share their experiences in a comfy and informal setting. While last time we met on a rooftop during sunset, because of the current circumstances (and lets be honest – freezing weather!) we are switching to an online get-together, which should not make it any less exciting. Grab a Spritzer or your favorite cup of tea and join us to discuss ideas…

This time the spotlight is on energy, climate and gender!
The global energy transition and climate change have manifold implications on societies – in particular on women. WIIS Board Member Julia H. will talk to Kathrin Meyer, Student Assistant for the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies and Renewable Energy and Gender Expert for EnergyTransition.org about the energy-climate-gender nexus and Kathrin’s focus on Latin America. Lean back and listen or chime in with your own thoughts – anyway, we are looking forward to seeing you!
