We were delighted to host the first workshop of the WIIS Austria Mentorship Programme: HR Bootcamp – Unlocking Careers in International Organizations.
We welcomed Ms. Draga Paskova, Head of Talent Planning and Acquisition at UNIDO, and Mr. Michele Damone, Talent Acquisition Officer at OSCE, who shared valuable insights into recruitment processes. Drawing on their experience, they highlighted how mentees can strategically position themselves for opportunities within international organizations.
Our mentees benefited from practical guidance on navigating application procedures, understanding the competencies, and identifying ways to strengthen their profiles. The session provided space to reflect on individual career paths, ask targeted questions, and receive tailored feedback.
